The Council and the Integrated Care Board (NHS) are collecting information to improve support provided to children and young people with SEND.

To inform this, we are requesting parent/carer feedback via a survey on local services across all of education, health and social care for children and young people with SEND from birth up to 25 years.

We would appreciate your cooperation in cascading this survey as widely as possible to ensure SEND parents/carers voices are heard.
