Supporting Your Mental Health

NHS and MIND, the mental health charity, have put together some tips about how to stay well and looking after your wellbeing.

If you continuing to find things difficult, your GP is still available to speak to about your mental health.

Despite our reduced ability to see friends, family and support networks face-to-face it is important we try to maintain these connections using phone calls, texts, video calls, facetime etc.
